Enjoy a beautiful southern view of the lake from the living room upstairs and family room downstairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans and dishes; everything you need to prepare meals. There is a spacious dining area off the kitchen with a gathering table for 8, and a large deck off kitchen with a gas grill for cooking and entertaining. There is also a pier to fish and boat from and plenty of space for trailer parking, so bring your boat or snowmobiles in the winter season.

Just up Shangri-La Road is the junction for the massive web of snowmobile trails that surround the area. And for your Boat, there are two boat launches on Deerskin Lake. Included are aluminum row boats for fishing and a 3 person paddle boat for you to enjoy the lake.

On the top floor, there are two bedrooms, a master with a king size bed and the second with a queen. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen and bunk bed, that sleeps four, (perfect for a second family), and the other bedroom with two double beds. All rooms furnished with dressers and linens.

Each floor has a full bathroom stocked with towels and amenities. Attached garage and plenty of additional parking on the property. Satellite TV upstairs in living room, and downstairs in family room.

Property is only ten minutes away from the Eagle Lake public boat launch to explore the chain of lakes encompassing the Eagle River area.
